Rapper Meek Mill Says He’s Developing An AI Tool That Can “Change The World”

Meek Mill

Meek Mill is reportedly developing an AI tool that will transform lives. “Working on a ai tool that can change the world lol,” the rapper wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on August 31.

He has been teasing the project on X in recent weeks, suggesting it is one of his most ambitious ventures yet. “I can’t wait to get a chance to show the world how smart I really am!” he said on August 25. Days later, on September 2, he added: “I have some genius tech guy that’s building a ai tool that everyone will be able to use! I have to get one off first you will see!”

Mill has not shared specifics about the tool or its purpose, but his comments place him among a growing number of celebrities exploring the potential of AI.

Black Eyed Peas frontman and tech entrepreneur will.i.am is the founder of the FYI.AI app, an AI-powered communications and productivity platform that aims to foster creativity and provide interactive experiences.

One of its key features is RAiDiO.FYI, a free AI-powered set of interactive radio stations focused on topics like sports, pop culture, and politics. RAiDiO.FYI uses OpenAI’s language models to create a unique experience where listeners can ask questions, request songs, and get news updates from an AI DJ.

Russell Westbrook

NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, NBA All-Star Kemba Walker, and NCAA champion Donnell Beverly Jr created an AI startup that offers a more compassionate and streamlined alternative to the traditionally complex and costly funeral planning process.

The platform utilizes AI to automate time-consuming tasks, including contacting funeral homes, comparing prices, coordinating services, and managing paperwork such as death certificates.

Colin Kaepernick

Former NFL quarterback and activist Colin Kaepernick is the founder of Lumi, an AI-powered storytelling platform. Lumi aims to change the storytelling process, allowing individuals to create, publish, and monetize their stories regardless of their skill set.

The platform offers end-to-end story creation, simple AI tools, and both physical and digital publishing options, making it easier for creators to bring their stories to life. Kaepernick emphasizes that Lumi is an extension of his activism, aiming to provide a platform where diverse voices can thrive.

Timbaland

Timbaland joined Suno, a leading AI music creation platform, as a strategic advisor in 2024. He hopes to use AI to create creativity, empowering both established and emerging artists to explore new possibilities in music production.

In 2025, he launched his own AI entertainment company, Stage Zero, with its first artist, TaTa. The company was co-founded with his creative partner, Zayd Portillo, and film producer Rocky Mudaliar.

TaTa and other artists from Stage Zero will have their music created through a collaborative process between human creators and the AI music platform Suno.

Andrew “Hawk” Hawkins and Troy Jones
