Introducing RISE InVC: The First Ever Global Event Celebrating Black VCs

Now more than ever, Black VCs deserve to be celebrated – which is why RISE InVC couldn’t have come at a better time.

Hosted by Included VC, RISE InVC will take place from January 17 to 19 and will be the first-ever global gathering designed to spotlight and celebrate the work Black VCs have been doing over the years.

Venture capitalists from South Africa, Singapore, Australia, France, and the UK will come for three days to meet, connect, and inspire one another.

Across the days, Rise InVC will hold a range of talks and panels to address key topics from careers in VC to emerging managers, and VC from a founder’s perspective is all set to be covered.

According to reports, Black investors make up only 3% of the VC industry. This statistic means there is only a tiny margin for Black businesses to get the funding and resources they need to succeed.
