Intuit Partners With Crowe For New Initiative Boosting BIPOC Business Growth
Crowe LLP, in collaboration with Intuit Inc., has launched an innovative initiative called Crowe Beacon for minority-owned businesses.
The Crowe Beacon
Crowe LLP is a leading public accounting, consulting, and technology firm, and Intuit Inc. is the technology platform behind Intuit QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
This initiative, announced in Chicago as part of Black History Month celebrations, aims to empower minority-owned small businesses by enhancing their financial maturity and capital readiness.
The Crowe Beacon small business advancement initiative responds to the challenges faced by minority-owned businesses.
The initative is tailored to assist high-performing yet historically underserved and under-resourced businesses, specifically targeting BIPOC businesses with annual revenues below $5 million.
It offers various traditional accounting and consulting services through an affordable managed service platform.
This initiative will enable businesses to develop and evolve their financial and business planning capabilities. Intuit QuickBooks will serve as Crowe Beacon’s exclusive small business technology partner.
What Do Participating Businesses Get?
Participating small businesses will gain access to the QuickBooks Online platform, providing a suite of tools that create efficiencies, deliver insights, and manage finances end-to-end.
This partnership will also include onboarding, training, and technical support, ensuring that small business owners can fully utilize the benefits of the integrated QuickBooks platform.
Crowe will leverage the QuickBooks platform to provide critical accounting guidance, coaching, and access to its leading consulting and advisory services portfolio.
This includes tax planning and preparation, cash flow planning, forecasting, invoicing, and more.
“By providing participating businesses with access to our powerful, integrated QuickBooks platform, they can make more informed business decisions that help them grow,” said Barry Pennett, Chief Sales Officer at Intuit QuickBooks.
