Black-Owned Property-Tech Startup Offers New Solution To Hosts

Miami-based property tech startup, BLCK, is offering a new solution to the average person hoping to earn passive income.

The startup founded by Samella Watson, is one of the first organizations in the rental trading sector to break into the technology world.

Through the use of technology, BLCK hopes their platform will help streamline the process of bidding on long-term leases, allowing anyone to become a rental host and grow their business.

“BLCK is the first to tap into the rental arbitrage sector via technology,” said founder Samella Watson.

“While there are many hosts who have made millions using rental arbitrage, our marketplace will help to streamline the process and offer this model to the general public.”

BLCK is expected to launch in Q1 of next year and hosts will be able to go to its website and bid on potential short-term rental properties. BLCK will also provide a tool that will make it easy for hosts to calculate potential profits.

The platform also promises to provide services that will make the entire experience a lot more seamless for users.

“There is no process that exists right now. There’s no technology, there’s no way to search [for potential properties], so we have a first mover’s advantage to bring this to life,” added Watson. “It’s go time!”
