In Baltimore, a new social shopping platform, Xclusit, is transforming consumers’ engagement with Black-owned businesses.  Vincent Johnson’s Journey Vincent Johnson, an Ellicott City-based entrepreneur and the CEO of Xclusit, crafted the platform to empower Black businesses.
