Operation HOPE, a national nonprofit focused on entrepreneurship and financial literacy, has renewed its Strategic Alliance Memorandum (SAM) with the US Small Business Administration (SBA).  The collaboration aims to uplift small businesses nationwide, with an emphasis on minority-owned enterprises.
