ESSENCE Ventures has announced its investment in Offscript Worldwide, the parent brand of REVOLT. ESSENCE Ventures will now have a minority stake in Revolt New Media Holdings LLC and will give Sundial founder and Chairman Richelieu Dennis a seat on the board.
