The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has filed a lawsuit against SoLo Funds, an online lending platform, over its lending practices.  According to the CFPB, SoLo Funds used deceptive tactics to ensure almost every borrower paid hidden fees despite advertising zero-cost loans.
